1.Patterning&pattern-making

1)First Pattern

a) 2 or 3 days with fabrics and accesories ready

b)30 days required for weaving wihout fabrics and accesories ready. 15 days taken with fabrics but without accesories such as straps and stretchy bands ready.

c)If the whole pattern need colour match, it will take 2 days more for dyeing.

2)Corrected or modified pattern

After communication with the client, 2 or 3 days are required for correcting or modifying the first pattern.

Normally, enough fabrics and accesories should be reserved for the corrected or modified pattern when the first patterning is carried out.

3)Full Size Pattern

Once the corrected or modified pattern fixed, some of the patterns with too many sizes, the same patterns will be developed on jump size, otherwise the full size. Full size pattern will take one week or so. 

4)Pre-production Pattern/PP Pattern

Also called TOP Pattern. After the Full Size Pattern approved,the pattern in correct quality and colour should be made before the bulk/mass production.Normally it’s made in full size and mixed colours

2. Booking the bulk materials

1)5-7 days for dyeing. Of each colour samples will be made divided into A, B and C for sumitting to the client’s approvel 

2)After 5-7 days will be taken for the bulk production colour once the colours approved

3)Then is proceeded to prepare the materials whick will take 30 days.

3.Bulk production (30-40 days)

4.Package 3-5 days
